Precipitated Calcium Carbonate

Our calcium carbonate originated from Japan is widely used in various industries. As an industrial chemical material supplier, we would say our calcium carbonate is one of the best around.

The brand name of Hakuenka is synonymous with good quality and use for making good quality products. Our calcium carbonate has various uses in various industries. Each grade of CaCO3 is manufactured for different industrial uses.

Calcium carbonates are used in various rubber products including tires

Industries that use CaCO3 include:

  • Rubber and Plastic
  • Paint and Ink
  • Paper
  • Sealant

Our calcium carbonates are light precipitated types. i.e. the mined limestone will go through a chemical production process called carbonation. The end result is a precipitated calcium carbonate which has a fine particle size.

Precipiated CaCO3 for paper the particle size averages below 2µ, for rubber, plastic, paint and ink, the recommended particles size averages below 0.5µ. In comparison with ground CaCO3, which on the average particles size is about 2-30µ.
